5th Element Manufacturing was contracted by Jealous Fruits Ltd. A local cherry producer to design build and install various aluminum and stainless steel components for their new cherry packing plant.
5th Element Manufacturing worked alongside Unitec of Italy for Jealous Fruits Owner David Geen and their production team at their facility.
We have provided the following for their facility.
  • Design
  • Engineering
  • Manufactured and the installation of aluminum stairs, catwalks, machine platforms, guardrails, scale stations, box chutes, machine guards, and machine access.

For their Duck Lake cherry packaging facility, 5Th Element processed 40,000 lbs of raw aluminum and stainless steel materials through our small original location in 3 months and was successful in meeting the facility opening date. 5th Element maintains an excellent relationship with jealous fruits and we are proud to be their primary metals solutions specialist!
